$206 Million Jury verdict upheld after hospital caused brain damage in delivering baby

Parents were incorrectly told baby was likely to die or suffer brain damage, wanting parents to terminate pregnancy. Parents declined c-section and baby suffered brain injury from lack of oxygen during delivery and would otherwise have been fine. Child is currently living in foster care where she requires 16 hours a day of skilled nursing care.
