Jury verdict for $10.9 Million for failing to refer patient for MRI

Patient saw two chiropractors over two months, developed headaches, ear ringing, and vertigo.  Doctors refused to refer her for testing.  She suffered a stroke and then suffered from PTSD and depression.   Jury found both chiropractors responsible. Trial Magazine  July 2004
